The Darul Uloom Trinidad and Tobago is a legal registered organisation and continues to be Legal Entity

• Incorporated as a Company by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago under ‘The Companies Ordinance Ch.31 No. 1’ since 3rd  July 1984.
• Registered as a Charitable Body by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago under the Ministry of Finance and the Economy since 5th  June 1987.
• Registered as a Private School by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago under the Ministry of Education and Culture since 27th  October 1987.
• Registered with ACTT – Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago since June 24th 2014.

• Registered as an NPO (Non-Profit Organization) under the purview of / and in compliance with the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit), under the Ministry of Legal Affairs of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, under Section 8 of the Non-Profit Organizations Act, No. 7 of 2019, since 14th June 2019.
