Divorce while wife is pregnant.
Q. I was asked if it is permissible for a man to divorce his wife while she is pregnant or does he have to wait until she gives birth? Please advise.
A. It is permissible for a man to divorce his wife when she is pregnant, however her waiting period will be until delivery.
