CAN A WOMAN RECITES QURAN DURING MENSTRUATION?

Can a woman read/recite Quran on mobile phone/tablet or via memory during menstruation?
ANSWER:
Wa Alaikum As Salaam Wa Rahmatullah,
No. It is not permissible for a woman in the state of menses to recite Quran from memory or from a phone/tablet.
