A. 1), 2), 3) and 5) In a non Islamic state when such acts are committed, then a person should make sincere repentance and abandon such actions. There will be no inflicting of punishment to the perpetrator of such acts as there is no Islamic court to carry out such disciplinary measures. (Fatawa Darul Uloom Deoband)
4) If one swears by Allah or the Holy Quran the oath will come into effect and to do contrary will cause Kaffarah (expiation) to become essential.
If one swears by the name of the Prophet (S.A.S) the oath will not occur, however, to swear by other than Allah is a major sin in Islam.
Every time a person makes an oath and breaks it, he will have to fulfil the Kaffarah (expiation).
The expiation of breaking an oath is feeding ten poor persons with two meals each or to give them sufficient clothing to cover the majority of their bodies. If one is not capable of doing so then they will have to fast for three days consecutively.
7) We need not reveal our sins. We should make sincere repentance and move on.
And Allah knows best.
