Itikaf in a masjid where salaah is not established.
Q. Can Itikaf be performed in a Masjid where five times daily salaah is not established throughout the year? What about Masjids that have three or four times salaah on a regular basis, can Itikaf be performed in such a Masjid?
A. Itikaf of the last ten days of Ramadhan can be performed in a masjid where five times daily Salaah is not established. It can also be performed in masjids where only three or four time’s Salaah are performed regularly.
