Is This A Statement For Actual Divorce ?

Question: I would like to know if a husband says to his wife during an argument “maybe we should just get divorced and split every thing 50/50” but does not actually say to her i divorce you does this count as a divorce? And if yes is it revocable or irrevocable ? It should be noted that the wife immediately responded if that is what you want to which he replied “no i only said it out of anger. Thanks for taking time to answer my question.
