Statements about predictions

 I have a question about predictions. If someone asks me when computers will replace the way we work or in our daily lives, if I answer 5-10 years as a guess or estimate, and the questioner agrees with me, is this considered acting like a soothsayer, in terms of predicting the future?
Answer
 No, this does not fall under ‘predictions’ and it is not like soothsaying. Your statement is based on your experience and it is permissible to use such statements.
