Will I get the blessing for Sadaqah?

As Salamu Alaikum,

If someone makes an oath to ALLAH(S.W.T) to give a specific amount of sadaqa every month for something he wanted and he fulfills it, does he still get blessing for his sadaqa?

Yes, he will still get the blessings for his Sadaqah.
