WUDHU AND SALAH

As Salaamu Alaikum

Question:

  1. During wudu, after I finish washing a part three times, I rub my wet hand all over that part many times to make sure that no part is left dry. Is the Wudu valid like this? 2. If during salah, in kirat, I say an ayat wrong then correct it at that moment by saying it the second time, do I have to make sajda sahu?
