QUESTION:
As Salaamu Alaikum,
Are we allowed to make multiple intention in sunnah salah too. For example- 4 sunnah before zuhr, shukur, tauba, hajah, istikhara, tahayyatul masjid, tahayyatul wudhu.
Also what about in tahajjud and other nafal, and also in Tarawih.

Yes, it is allowed to combine multiple intentions in those Salaah that are Nawaafil (optional) and not Fardh (obligatory). It will also be allowed to do such for Tahajjud and Taraaweeh Salaah as they are considered optional salaah.
