Question:
I have a question regarding Wahabi and the purpose of this question is because I want to refer the beloved Scholars from inside and outside of my country.
The Wahabi always have difference of opinion from other Muslims especially in the matter of Aqeedah. Whereas most of the Muslims nowadays is from the creed of (Ash’ariah or Maturidiah). Wahabi are claiming they are only following the way of Salafi.
With all due respect, what is the view of Darul Uloom TT regarding this matter?

The Darul Uloom T&T follows the creed of Ahl As Sunnah Wal Jamaah, and while accepting the four Imams of Fiqh to be upon the truth, it adheres to the Madhhab of Imam Abu Hanifah (A. R.).
Additionally, the Darul Uloom accepts all those great Scholars of the period of the Tabi’een and Tabi’ Tabi’een and those after them through the generations of this Ummah who have preached, propagated and defended the creed of Ahl As Sunnah Wal Jamaah.
The Ummah in its majority accepts Abul Hasan Al Ash’ari (A. R.) and Abu Mansoor Maturidi (A. R.) to be Imams in the field of Islamic beliefs and theology, and are regarded as Imams of the Ahl As Sunnah Wal Jamaah. From their times in the 4th Century (Hijrah) until today in the 15th Century (Hijrah) many great Scholars from among the Fuqaha (expert Jurists) Muhadithin, Mufasireen and experts in the field of Aqeedah (all of whom are from the Ahl As Sunnah Wal Jamaah), have accepted their teachings explanations and works done in the Science if Islamic beliefs.
The Darul Uloom T&T follows the creed of Ahl As Sunnah Wal Jamaah, as expounded, explained and interpreted by the Imams of Ahl As Sunnah Wal Jamaah, Imam Abul Hasan Al Ash’ari (A. R.) and Abu Mansoor Maturidi (A. R.).
Both of these Imams held firmly to the teachings of the Holy Quran and the way of the Prophet (S.A.S.), and did not deviate from these teachings. They strove diligently to establish the beliefs of Ahl As Sunnah Wal Jamaah, and refuted the doctrines of the innovators and deviated sects.
